Hi, can you help me solve the fan problem. The fan runs at maximum speed at all times, but the temperature is 40-50C This only happens when a battery is connected. When I disconnect the battery, the fan works fine. Additionally, the battery charges and the laptop runs on battery power. However, when only the battery is connected, the laptop cannot be turned on and the power button does not work. Can BQ24780S cause this problem?
