hello i cant understand why only 1 port works 2.0 and 3.0 fine , and the other only 2.0 , i have seen boards like this that have 1 usb 2.0 and
1 usb 3.0 , i thought that this was the case , can you help me to check something ?

you can use boardview to check data pin of usb 3 . ohm ckeck it an replay .
