Hi, my laptop doesn't have USB plugs. The motherboard is LA-C771P. Thanks

The drivers are fine, the plugs are good, it looks like the problem is on the motherboard.

What do you mean exactly... u cant connect anything to your USB ports(like a mouse, external keyboard etc??? thats what u mean?

check the USB IC's PINS individually... Enable signals, voltage, feedback etc.. and trace back from there to locate the problem... Google the datasheet for the USB IC, so you know what to look for when measuring

do you ohm check data pin of usb ???
check it and replay
