Technical Support CPU stays 100% all the time

hello!
I have this Lenovo yoga 920-13ikb.
Motherboard: dyg60 nm-b291 and the problem is that CPU stays 100% all the time.
I have done a new system, new ssd, new bios and is the same.
Any solution?

Most likely the cpu cache is burned out. You need to replace the cpu . before that , test the ram .
