Whenever i tried to reball cpu in macbook or air boards , i am a failure. . It bends up on both ends. I am using ZM-R5860N bga machine. If i reflow the CPU , it's fine but not sucessful with reballing. Pls guide me with some good idea. More than 10 boards are in my place for cpu reballing and replacement. Also the motherboard is such that it does not except the new balls. In other company mb, like dell and hp , it get's easily soldered . Today i tried to reball south bridge in 820-2337 mb there was no display. i refowed the south bridge . Now display is there but hard disk does not work. Pls help me to achieve sucess. Thanks
