Technical Support if it's CPU shorted on motherboard, are there voltage Rail all section or not?

CPU inductor resistance is usually low. Even 1 ohm was seen. And it was healthy.
If the processor heats up. Remove and service the RAM and other components. Then program the BIOS. Check the voltage, see if you have all the required voltages?
