Technical Support Auto power on when adaptor insert

Dell - EDI73 LA-G711P
Problem is auto on after charger inserted . power switch logic is 0 always and voltage is given from +RTC_CELL to RE20 and when trigger it goes low from RE25 after trigger but always remains 0 state in RE25 which is connect to IO ic . I have open RE25 and jumper direct to power switch it works for 4,5 times then again goes low. how can I solve it permanently ?

Does the system save the date and time in BIOS?
It means that by disconnecting the battery and adapter, the date will be messed up or not.
If the date is messed up, there is a problem with the path of the coin battery to the chipset, which can be a problem with the coin battery or the broken battery holder or the parts on the path to the chipset.
If the date settings are fixed and the battery voltage is normal, and the resistor and diode in the way of the coin battery are healthy and the part on the board does not heat up, then there is a problem with the chipset. In its RTC section.

RTC ok bios setting is ok

Laptop batteries are safe?
If you have another adapter, test it.
It can be EC or PCH and IC charge is broken.
