Hi the motherboard is trying to boot and still keeps restarting. I found low resistance on PL401 (VCCCPUCORE) is about 0.8 OHM. Does that mean the CPU is damaged?

NO . resistance between 0.4 to 1 ohm is ok for cpu . disconnect all component from motherboard like wifi , dvdwr , hdd ,.... and test . do you reprogram bios and ec ???

Of course, I checked without components. Yes i reprogram bios and ec from forum. it looks like there is voltage on PL401 for a while and then restart. Other voltage looks ok. Maybe any other BIOS?

Thank You. I reprogram other bios and motherbord working. But i have problem with dmi data(model, s/n, and key). Can You help me copy this data to working bios? Or there is any tool to do that?
