Moisture usually causes a number of SMD parts to break their pins, or chipsets to break their pins with the motherboard. Be sure to carefully check the parts where moisture has penetrated.

On the LVDS connector, check the enable and brightness signals and the 3.3V and 19V voltages.
none of them, follow up, where is it not exported from?

Your system has no problem in terms of voltage and there is a problem in the signal path. If RAM, BIOS, crystal, etc. are checked, you should look for problems on the motherboard.
One way is to check which signal is not issued from the order of the signals.

I said about the LVDS socket because I want to make sure that the signal is not issued and the problem is not with the flat panel or LCD.
