Technical Support Dell E5570 MB LA-C841P help with VCC_GT power

Dear friends,
please help with laptop Dell E5570 (E5470, Precision 3510) ADP80 LA-C841P UMA.

Laptop starts with no image. I tried many BIOS dumps, but with no luck,
some of them correctly run MB and main powers except VCC_GT.
Does anybody know, how is the enable signals working? It should be FCCM_GT, PWM1_GT and PWM2_GT.

VCCCORE have en signal FCCM_VCORE 5V and PWM1_VCORE 0,4V but PU605 a PU606 doesn't get this signal from PU601. Why?

Is the cpu voltage generated?
vcc_gt is latest voltage that shoud be generate . you must sure all other voltage is present on motherboard .
I am guessing motherboard still have a bios problem .
