Dell OptiPlex 7020 motherboard start with no led after switch the button at the back of power supply for a few secs then stop, what could be the issue?i tried to write bios chip with requested bin file but it didn't start at all.

did you program both eprom ic ?? 8mb and 4mb ? send pic from motherboard .
