Technical Support Driver power state Failure

Hello
I hava a Toshiba P50-A-12Z
it works fine for many hours , but some times it gives blue screen with this error
" Driver power state Failure " foto atached ,
i have replace the hdd , the ram , the power suplly , and always the same , some times , blue screen
can you help please ?

in first check software problem like this : driver power state failure
if software solution not be helpful , in first you must check graphic ( convert dis to uma ) . after that check wifi .
