SO I FIND THE RESISTOR ITS 100OHM

So i find the cap.It was 100ohm Resistor.the laptop turned on but no lcd and nop fan.Only keyboard backlight and dell logoapears.Then i try the new BIOS flash and the laptop dead.So this BIOS maybe not compatible.Please help me.here i am uploded the original BIOS backup.

i tried the orginal bios from backup and the laptop is working but the same error ,manufacting mode active.The error log showing its service tag error,there is no service tag.Please repair me the orginal backup with the service tag

with this orginal backup the laptop is working but as same the manufacturin mode active and there is no service tag.the error apears for the service tag.please help me to fix the servce tag.

in this device there is no way to fix service tag with bios editing
it should be done in bios settings

i have tried write it on bios mode but after restart its in the same situation

this file working with service tag and everything fine but the issue is not recognizing hard disk.Maybe another file will work.

hard disk problem can't be solve with new bios
a new bios may work even worse
try new hard disk or format current hard and check
