Technical Support Help on folio 9480m that on but Processor does not supply at all

Please how can you help me on HP Folio 9480m that is starting but the processor does not supply heat and not display to the screen.
How can i go about that what section can i check or which, resistor should check on the board

why dont u try to fix those job/s first before taking on new jobs?
You're only creating a backlog and jumping from one computer to another without fixing the previous ones. You don't learn anything that way.

and once again, you don't give enough information. It's not enough to say for example computer doesn't start, what should I do..? You need to give much more information for us to know your expertise and symptoms the computer has. What voltages and measurements do you have and what's the history of the computer etc etc etc etc...

My first question to you. What sleep state is the computer in and what voltages do you have so far??

why dont u try to fix those job/s first before taking on new jobs?
You're only creating a backlog and jumping from one computer to another without fixing the previous ones. You don't learn anything that way.

Actually i understand ur curiosity to hear the feedback concerning the firs question i asked. But the issues there is that am only hardware computer expert in my region and i lack some tools on to fix some jobs but at least am still try to fix some. So some beginner hardware engineer in my region are coming to my office to fix there works. So sorry if i start with another question that doesn't me that have left it aside and with out gives u a feedback on it and jumping to another one. Though everyone are still leaning and is because i want to improve the mode of my working on PC board that is why am here with u people..... Actually i can takes some reading like to chat the board out by voltage continuation and to read out some voltage section. But the area of my suffering is how to use the Schematic Block Diagram to trace out some faults. Although am try to watch out some video here to see how to use the schematic block diagram which have been get some tips how to use it but now the only steps that and still try to understand is that how i can be identifying and know there area by there navigators of there numbers on the schematic block diagram. that is my next step to know for now. i think if i should know this i can be able to know if comes to me i 'll be able to know if it's bios or short circuit problem.

I would recommend you spend the next 2-3 weeks and watch all Dr bios, minimum of 16 hours a day... to get a better understanding and make notes.. put all work on hold until then. for us to be able to help you, you need to be able to understand what we requesting, some basic electronics for troubleshooting laptops. I never received any answer for my past two questions, would you please be so kind and answer them.

I would recommend you spend the next 2-3 weeks and watch all Dr bios, minimum of 16 hours a day... to get a better understanding and make notes.. put all work on hold until then. for us to be able to help you, you need to be able to understand what we requesting, some basic electronics for troubleshooting laptops. I never received any answer for my past two questions, would you please be so kind and answer them.
