Technical Support HP EliteBook OLDMAN 6050A2848001 fan spins with high speed

I have dell latitude 5400 , its problem is after shut off the pc the fan spins with high speed and the wi fi led light , never off unless I disconnect from battery,I have tried by changing the bios and clear ME no help and tried also different option to shut off using cmd and from operationg system but no help please any idea

What version is your operating system?
If there is a software problem:

Try with operating system 7.
Remove the antivirus.
Program the BIOS.


If it's from the hardware, it can be a failure of IC io or pch or IC of sound and network.
