Technical Support HP PAVILLON G7 2050sb sometimes FAN full speed

Good evening support,

I am facing a fan that runs at full speed sometimes when my laptop is running on Windows 8.1 64 bits but the computer starts and runs normally.

What could be the solution to this problem please ?

Most likely, Windows drivers will not be installed properly, especially the graphics driver.

salamohaleykoum Ahmad first Thank you for your answer => yes exactly when i reinstall windows i see some drivers are not properly installed. (also the graphic card driver) => i reinstall the os because i receive the laptop with os completely crashed.

for the moment i install windows 10 64 bits => after windows update the driver are correctly install and fan not too fast for the moment is that possible that the fan is durty and can cause the fan speed ?

the left part of the computer is a little bit hot than the middle and the right side of the keyboard.

what can be the other solution of the fan full speed ?

I think your laptop graphics are AMD Radeon HD 7450M and the update is a general version. If it is the same version in Windows 8, you must install the appropriate version.

according to my G7 2050sb model i have also this type of graphic card driver (see attached pictures)
i will try to install the driver that you advice to me ( AMD Radeon HD 7450M)

PROBLEM SOLVED AFTER INSTALLING RADEON GRAPHIC DRIVER AND LAST UPDATE FROM WINDOWS 10
