I have a problem with hp probook 440 , it actually dead when it came to my shop , but now the problem is it start properly but the caps lock and num lock blink 5 times and stop then the fan spinning with high speed with no display , it takes a current about 0.6A, If any idea please , I reprogram the original file but no help

The HP laptop is sensitive to the bid number and the BIOS must be programmed with the same version. If you are sure about the BIOS and all the voltages on the motherboard are available, first replace the RAM and CPU and test.
Check the heat of different parts. It is possible that ICs and chipsets are broken, and you should find the problem by checking and testing.

APPRICIATE YOUR QUICK RESPONSE , ACTUALLY ALL VOLTAGES ARE PRESENT MAY BE I WILL CHECK REPLACING CPU AND RAM, BUT I AM USING EZP2010 BIOS PROGRAMMER , IS THERE ANY WAY TO CHECK THE BID ?
