LA-B972P Rev:1.0 this mother board plug in adapter jack power led not working. no power. but 19v,5v,3.3v ok.power button 3.3v.ok. i haven't this model schematic plz help how i'm fix this error.

sir, lap model dell inspiron 15 (3567) mother board no 15341 i'm programming this bios.after about a minute late coming display how to fix above delay time,how to add original serial number in to the bios.
