Technical Support Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05 no power

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05, NM-D461. Won't turn on.

I have 0,05a in the power supply, and have all S5 voltages


When pressing the power button, the light turns on and off for around 10secs, then turns off and current goes to 0a.

I noted that the V9B+ rail is at 20v.
I'm not sure of that's correct, cause other boards have a range between 6v-13v. But all boards are different, and this one doesn't specify a range.



If anyone can help me out, please let me know..

The values are correct. This one is 20V because you have AC plugged in. I don't believe there is an issue with the charger ic as you are getting all S5 voltages, did you try a different RAM? Was the Bios updated?

We have two models of charging circuit architecture in laptops.(HPB AND NVDC)
In this model that you selected(HPB), the charger voltage is available in B+ after passing through the input MOSFETs.
In another architecture(NVDC), the voltage of the charger varies according to the amount of battery charge after passing through the charging circuit.
I will show you the image of both charging circuit architectures.

I already installed 3 different BIOS and nothing. I changed the RAM and even left it without ram since already had one soldered.
