this macbook fluactuating PP5V S5 vreg5
i tried to replaced U7650 but still the same
vreg3 voltage is stable 3.3v
p3v3s5 en is the same fluctuating..
can u help me sir?

if you change u7650 so problem must be in consumer of this voltage . inject this voltage and test .

i inject 5v sir, and it distributed to the component that have pp5v_s5.. it is possible that the u7650 ic i have placed was defective?
