Technical Support Please I need a help concerning one board

Please I need help on one board that I was try to reprogram but still yet not coming up.
I try to get the binary file of it to reprogram it but not net come up and I try to reprogram it with it backup I copied also still not coming up, the data bin file I get here is caps lock 5times blinking while the backup is blinking on the power led continuously not coming on. Please I need solution. And check this video on original backup that I marked and try to return
The board model is: HP Proboo 11 x360 g3 GEE

In general in HP laptops:
Measure the board resistance. Voltage the different parts of the board power supply.

The most important point in repairing an HP laptop is a suitable adapter. Many times we had an HP laptop for repair that did not turn on because of the adapter and it worked normally by replacing several adapters.

After the adapter, the suitable BIOS file for this model is hard to find and you have to test different files.

The adapter detection path in the HP laptop passes through a series of resistors, which sometimes burn out and the adapter is not detected and the system does not turn on.

IC IO failure could be the cause of this problem.
