Please I have 1 HP Folio 9470m tif I plug in the charger it will start but display like this and will not show any picture out, please member help me with this please

Hello There is probably a problem with the graphics chipset. Press the chip lightly with the palm of your hand. It may give an image or heat it a little with a heater.

iff external display is fine then you should check your lvds cable/led/leds volts
