Technical Support Samsung NP300E5X keyboard problem

Good morning,
I have a notebook Samsung NP300E5X-A03 that do not recognize the keyboard correctly, I have replaced the keyboard and flashed the spi with this bios but only some key is recognized, the most other key do not function, is possible that the problem is the kbc chip?
The problem occurred after installing ubuntu.

It has happened to me, once I changed a screen different from the one that came from the factory, and it interfered with the operation of the keyboard.
Solution, update display firmware.
If this is your case, and the error occurs after changing a screen, try the original to see if the error disappears, to rule it out.
