Technical Support Samsung R510 doesn't work any keyboard

Hi, I have a strange problem. I've tried 2 keyboards (1 new) in this notebook and doesn't work properly on bios and on windows.
With external keyboard is ok. Is the motherboard faulty?

at first step : test keyboard with svod3 ( if you have it )
did you reprogram bios ?? (you must do it if you didn't)
at last : maybe connector have problem or io .

Thanks. I don't have programmer for bios
I tried to replace bios of another dead motherboard samsung r510 but It win't boot. I replace his original bios but now It won't boot! Why?

Update:
I reset bios and It boot normally with both bios but the problem of keyboard remains! I don’t have IO to replace now...

Can I replace this IO? The motherboard is different but they are for Samsung NP-R510
