Technical Support surface pro 5 issues (model 1796)

Please help us to check that our problem that we replaced new battery of machine. The surface can't charge battery (the battery show percentage but plug-out the surface is off) and also touch screen did not working (drivers are up-to-date).
Please provide us the solution.

I did not understand what you meant. Did you replace the battery?

Yes, we replace the new battery cause the old is broken. After replacing the new battery surface have problem can't charge but show the battery.

if system turn on with battery :
check voltage on battery socket before and after plugin/unplug adaptor from that .

if system not turning on with battery :
maybe the new battery or ic charge or i/o have problem
