what is the possible faulty if vccgt = 0v
vcccore= 1.0v
ive tried to replace the processor but still no output for vccgt

vccgt in some platform is 0v but laptop is ok and havent any problem .
but in some platform this votage generate after all other voltage is generated .
you shoud cheack many component and schematic of motherboard to find which voltage missing or which componnet have problem .
