Technical Support Asus GL703GM-71210t Gaming Bluescreen Problem

I have gl703gm-71210t when i try to open windows it gives bluescreen memory_management
when i try to reload windows same error memory management.
Sometimes after restart bluescreen error changes to system thread exception not handled
i open with virtual windows gives memory management error again.
I change ram but problem not solved.
I relfash new bios but problem same.
in bios menu laptop not shutdown work well.
Do you think why. Do you have any solution suggestions?

disconnect all other component like wifi , dvd , hdd .... and test with usb flash bootable windows .
