You have to make sure that the screen, flat panel and connector are healthy.
Check the voltages on the connector, usually the enable and lighting voltage is around 3 volts, and the voltage of 3.3 volts and 19 volts of the adapter should be available on the connector.
Sometimes the failure of the chipset causes the 3V enable voltage to not be output, so the chip must be replaced.
