the computer works properly on the lcd screen. However, it does not display an image through the HDMI connection. The system shows a second monitor with the correct model but only a black screen on the monitor. I checked the HDMI socket, fuses. Does that mean the CPU is damaged? Can I check something else to verify it?
F4801 5V is present
on Q4803 1-3.3V 2-3V 3-about 4.7V

are you sure from software problems ?? like windows or driver .... . are you test with windows live ??
if you test all of theme , yes ( maybe pch have problem )
