Greetings.
I first want to appreciate all the lessons shared here. I've learnt a lot from your trainings.
My Problem is this. An Hp 15 laptop came to me whose main power rail was shorted. I successfully diagnosed an found a faulty cap on the 1.0v rail. After replacing, I connected a cable to the B+ current sensor but it didn't come on. I also cut off the cable from the adapter & connected the positive & negative cables to the Power supply to read the amps & know what's going on in the board. It still did not boot.
I just decided to connect the cable back to the adapter and try then it came on and was fine. That's when I realized surely it's because of the middle pin in charger.
So i'm asking how I should connect that cable to the power supply such that the laptop will recognize the charger?
