Technical Support HP da0p1bmb6d0 battery not detect

ic is bq 24738. All voltages without battery connect are fine. Pin 4 (acdrv) voltage is 25v.
when i connect the battery and chk voltage becomes 0v on pin 4.
I have replaced the ic , checked all parts , all mosfets.
in windows it displays - battery not detect.
laptop works on battery as long as it is charged.
It does not charge the battery.
pls need solution.

in this case you must check many component like a resistors and ohm check at first .
in secon step you shoud reprogram the bios and io it8987 ( this is important ) .
in Third step you shoud replace io and test .

i have replaced the i/o, from a perfect working board.
