Technical Support Inspiron 15-7577 Generic battery not recognized and no backlight keyboard

Hi,

When I changed the battery of this laptop, the computer didn't use it at all, as if I got it disconnected. When I plug the old one, it detects and starts charging. I check the new battery with a professional laptop battery analyzer, and it is ok.

Also, I had to change the Keyboard, and the backlight didn't turn on. I checked the keyboard's backlight port, which has 5 volts.

Pls, any suggestions to figure out what can I test?

Hello
If it is normal with the previous battery, the problem must be with your new battery.
The new battery does not work with your laptop. Update the BIOS and the problem may be solved.
