Latitude E7240 Compal LA-9431P VAZ50
  • ALL POWER RAIL have all section on motherboard
  • VIN = 19V Have Standby voltage all section in motherboard
  • ALWA = 3.3V & 5V Output Voltage ready
  • All POWER Chip like PCH, VGA, CPU, RAM have Voltage Stand by ready
  • BIOS: 3.3V (BIOS Program ready)
  • IO = 3.3V have ready.
it's still not turn ON
Please give me some idea this problem team supporting
