This Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 12
Motherboard Number = ZIPS3 LA-A342P Rev: 1.0

Comes on with power led showing steady red. Processor is working too because it gets hot and even triggers the fan to spin when it has been ON for long.

I've controlled all the required voltages at the S0 state and they are present. Required voltages too are present on Screen connector.

I took it to another repairer who has a tl866ii plus Bios flashing tool & Bios was flashed but no change.
Please any suggestions?
At this point we are suspecting the Ram which is onboard and there is no external Ram slot on this board.

Hello
It may be necessary to program some files to show the image. Because the BIOS depends on the version of the board.
Like which Sir? Here's an image of the power supply intake when it's on. It's tries to boot to 0.5amps but comes back down at remains at 0.4amps.

You are exactly right.
The current in the picture shows the system boot, and if you are sure about the BIOS file, it could be a problem with the RAMs.
If you have a boardView and a schematic, check the RAM voltage
Contains:
if ddr4 vcc:1.2v
vtt:0.6v
vddspd:3.3v
scl:3.3v
sda:3.3v
reset:1.2v
