Technical Support RSMRST inconsistent voltage after powered on

Hi Tech support,

I am working with LA-4495P ACER 4736G upon my checking 19V, 3ALW, 5ALW is present however upon checking the RSMRST has 3.3V even the PLTRST after powered on at a couple of seconds only.

Also below are the components with value during my checking.



What else can I do with this?

I already attached the diagram for our common reference.

maybe one or more component like ram , cpu , gpu , wifi , dvd , hdd , .. have problem if all voltage of voltage rail table is present after you press power button and its off after few sec .
remove or replace that components and test . convert dis to uma and test .

Based on the screenshot below I found out that U62 has 19V upon pressing power button instead of 3V this means that Pin 6 of Q39A is being disconnected during the pressing of power button.

For converting dis to uma what will be the process?

Based on the screenshot below I found out that U62 has 19V upon pressing power button instead of 3V this means that Pin 6 of Q39A is being disconnected during the pressing of power button.

i don't understand , after press power button you have 19v on 3v ?????
u62 is switch for 3valw to 3v .
plz check this voltage and write the voltage after press power button .

3v : ...... ?
5valw : ....... ?
5v : ...... ?

Also during I press the power button I have seen 19 at PIN1 of R1796 for a couple of seconds.

its ok ,
check other voltage on motherboard . one components have problem .
