Technical Support Dell Inspiron 3521 Battery cannot be identified

Changed the Many Batteries From Dell but still am getting the battery cannot be identifed. Bios also update, Charger Also changed. When I insert the non dell battery It accepted but battery is not charging and not giving backup also.

The behavior of the charging circuit can help you diagnose the problem.
Take the voltage from the battery jack.
Usually the pins of data, clock and detector are around 3.3 volts.
The positive pin of the battery is also low when there is no battery. For example, it is 2 volts, and when the battery is removed, its value increases and becomes, for example, 8 volts.
The battery detect pin also decreases its voltage when the battery is inserted and becomes zero volts.
If you have all these items, the charging circuit is normal and the problem is with the battery you bought.
