Technical Support lenovo g570 usb not working

i have a lenovo g570 when i connect a usb device (mouse or keyborad ...) the lamp turn on but the device not working in the laptop
the board model : PIWG2 LA-675AP REV:1.0

check all port , check in boot mode ( with usb bootable) ,check webcam and replay result .

All usb port have the same problem
i test without webcam
i want to check in the boot mode

i check in boot mode , the external hdd turn on but not read

so usb block in pch have problem , you must replace pch with new one .
