I am installing windows but it is hold on getting ready . I have change RAM Hard drive . I have programed BIOS also . CPU is inbuilt so I can not change it . So please tall me if it is cpu problem then how I solve it .

if you sure about bios and ec you must remove any component that connect to the motherboard and test . at last you must change cpu .
