Technical Support Power switch not coming 3.3v

My motherboard not coming to 3.3v to power button . Always voltage all is done. We give 3.3v another place that time power on and display coming after off 1 second. I check schematic power switch directly connect to sio that pin also not have 3.3 v

check r880 resistor and volt check both side of resistor .

Already come 3.3v one side r880 resister not passing to other side 3.3v oboe have 1v
We replace resister but same matter

disconnect flat of power button from motherboard and check . in this line have only 4 component : r880 , c111 , u13(io) and cn4(socket of power button ) . its so easy . you must check all of them . if you sure c111 and power button mini board havent problem so you must change io with new one .

We replace sio need to Programing this ? I have svid3 programmer please send me pin connection
