I have a laptop >>unowhy_Y13 model : Y13G011S4EI >> motherboard is EM_IG116_200B_ENE_F_V1.0

I tried to change the password but it didn't work and it refused to take the new password that I put in, even though I left the field empty, I asked on the forum to unlock the bios, but by reinstalling the bios that was provided to me,>> I no longer have a display, just the green power LED when I press the button. startup ,

I tried to reinstall the bios that I provided on the forum (awith the blocked bios password) I found it again when I mark "unowhy" on the screen corresponding to the name of the laptop and then ''enter password'' which according to me corresponds to the bios password that I no longer have

Could you help me find out where the problem is coming from when I only have the green light coming on and can you confirm the bios is indeed a
Gigabyte GD25LB64C @soic8 on this motherboard model?

Request that they give you another BIOS file. The chip number and the exact model of the motherboard are effective.
Do you have a picture with the backup file?
If you have an image, definitely put another BIOS.
