Technical Support CAL51 LA-F121P charger not detected

hello!
i need help in a case. this dell laptop doesnt recognise the charger and i have not been able to find the problem.
i saw pq1 on schematic but it can not be found anywhere on the motherboard.
anyone has any idea?

1, GROUND [BLACK]
2, VALT 19V [RED]
3, PSID 3.2V [BROWN]
CHECK 1ST
