That doesn't mean it's the CPU... You going to fast in the troubleshooting process.. That's a common beginner mistake.. Slow down and do proper troubleshooting and research.. have youI tried to put some rosin core or alcohol on some other components, do you have a Heatcamera..
Its not the CPU. slow down and troubleshoot the short first.
1. U can desolder the Coils to the CPU and also other coils. and then take diode mode on each side of the coil. That way u will know if the issue is on CPU side or other places. Its better you do this way, then start reballing and creating more problem that don't exist.
The best way is to use heat camera, inject 1v, and 5 amp on DC supply.... and feel around on the board for other HOT components. you can disconnect the coils to the CPU.. Its better you try small adjustments step by step slowly
